These come pre-lapped to ensure a flat mating surface with the bolt carrier

OCKS screws by M-Guns

These US Made screws are rated at 170,000 psi tensile strength and have been modified with extra notches along the top edge to allow material from the gas key to better engage with the head after staking.

Gas key with OCKS installation procedure:

Clean/degrease surfaces and apply Permatex or Loctite 620 bedding compound around the gas port on bolt carrier.

Oil threads and torque to 58 in/lbs

Stake gas key with a press type staking tool such as the M-Guns MOACKS. Do not use a hammer and punch.

Check bore with a .080″ diameter weed eater line to ensure no sealant has crept into the gas port after installation.
